Damages and issues
We are not responsible for the baked goods once they leave the Bakeshop or kitchen. If you are concerned about how an item will be received, especially a cake, we recommend picking your order up from the Bakeshop. Please note the Care Instructions are available on every item's listing. We are not in control of temperature or improper handling of baked goods when they are not in our care, and do not offer refunds for any accidents or damages that may occur as a result. Likewise we are not responsible if an item is delivered to you and no one is there to receive it.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if possible.
